Appointment Cancellation Policy

To avoid late cancellation fees, please call (415) 238-1732 or email injector@thehousecallbeauty.com AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment.

A failure to cancel 24 hours prior will result in a $100 fee and a NO SHOW fee is $150 for each missed appointment. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file or at your next appointment. Failure to pay will result in cancellations of any future appointment attempts and will result in you being blocked from the ability to make any future appointment with us until you the patient adhere to our Appointment Cancellation Policy and Late Policy.

As a courtesy to our clients, we will place a confirmation call 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Should the appointment reminder system fail to reach you for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy. The House Call Beauty Med Spa will have the right to require a deposit to secure an appointment. The payment will be automatically charged to a credit card on file. The deposited amount will be applied to your service. For no-shows, the deposit will be lost.

LATE POLICY: We ask that clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time out of respect to the clients scheduled after you. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule.
