Return and Refund Policy

Business Name: The House Call Beauty Corp./The House Call Beauty: Aesthetic Concierge Service

Services Covered: All aesthetic and concierge services including, but not limited to, injectables (e.g., BOTOX®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, KYBELLA), skin treatments, consultations, and house call services.

By booking or receiving any service through The House Call Beauty, the patient ("You") acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and professional time-based services, all sales are final. The Company maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all services rendered and any deposits or payments made toward scheduled appointments.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Aesthetic outcomes may vary from patient to patient based on individual anatomy, metabolism, skin type, and other factors. The Company does not guarantee any specific results. Dissatisfaction with a treatment outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of cancellation or no-show, pursuant to the Company’s cancellation policy.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in accordance with The House Call Beauty’s Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions will not result in a refund.

5. PRODUCT SALES

All skincare and aesthetic products purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used. Unopened products may be eligible for exchange only, at the sole discretion of the Company, within 7 days of purchase.

6. DISCRETIONARY ADJUSTMENTS

While refunds are not offered under any circumstances, The House Call Beauty may, at its sole discretion, offer touch-ups or service credits in limited cases where deemed appropriate by the provider. This does not constitute an admission of liability and does not alter the no refund policy.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By scheduling, paying for, or receiving services from The House Call Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this No Refund Policy. You release the Company and its providers from any financial liability relating to dissatisfaction with services, outcomes, or perceived value.
